It is unlawful for any person to manufacture or distribute in this state any commercial feed without complying with the provisions of this chapter and the regulations which are adopted pursuant to it.

Terms Used In California Food and Agricultural Code 15072
- Person: means any individual, partnership, association, corporation, limited liability company, or any organized group of persons whether incorporated or not. See California Food and Agricultural Code 38
