An authority may issue bonds pursuant to the Revenue Bond Law of 1941 (Chapter 6 (commencing with Section 54300) of Part 1 of Division 2), except that, notwithstanding Section 54309, 54309.1, 54310, or 54311, an authority may issue bonds to finance an energy project under this part.
