§ 3321. Applicability of law. The provisions of this title shall be subject to the provisions of the civil practice law and rules, the public health law, the mental hygiene law, the social services law, the education law and any other applicable law or regulation, including any amendment thereto provided, however, nothing in this section shall require the county or corporation to seek approval or consent for any transfer pursuant to sections thirty-three hundred seven and thirty-three hundred nineteen of this title.
