§ 3420. Applicability of laws. The provisions of this title shall be subject to the provisions of the civil practice law and rules, the public health law, the mental hygiene law, the social services law, the education law and any other applicable law or regulation, including any amendment thereto; provided, however nothing in this section shall require the county or corporation to seek approval or consent for any transfer pursuant to sections thirty-four hundred six and thirty-four hundred eighteen of this title; and provided, further, that the corporation shall not be subject to the provisions of title ten of article nine of this chapter.
