If the State Treasurer issues state bonds, the treasurer shall be subject to the provisions of ORS § 291.445 as an agency that is authorized to issue general obligation bonds that are ordinarily to be repaid from General Fund appropriations. [1997 c.614 § 9; 1999 c.251 § 8]
