In addition to the factors set forth in §§ 706-606 and 706-621, when determining the particular sentence to be imposed on a defendant convicted under § 707-781 or 707-782, the court shall consider:

(a) The time for which the victim was held in servitude; and

  • Victim: means the person against whom an offense specified in § 707-781 or 707-782 has been committed. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 707-780
