Indiana Code 20-20-45-14. Noncompliance; transfer of responsibility for implementation

Sec. 14. If the department does not comply with the requirements of this chapter, the state board:

(1) shall assume the duties of the department under this chapter; and

(2) may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to implement this chapter.
