Terms Used In Indiana Code 20-25.7-3-5
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Sec. 5. “Innovation network team” means the entity or individuals responsible for the operations of an innovation network school within a school corporation.
