- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Sec. 13. The governing body of a school corporation may allow its school buses to travel to and from a garage or repair area for maintenance or repair.
