- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Population: has the meaning set forth in Ind. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, “attendance unit” means the geographical and population area served by a single school that consists of part or all of the school corporation.
