Terms Used In Indiana Code 20-50-2-3
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- homeless children and youths: has the meaning set forth in IC 20-50-1-1. See Indiana Code 20-50-2-2
Sec. 3. Each school corporation shall provide tutoring for children enrolled in a school operated by the school corporation who are homeless children and youths, if the school corporation determines the children have a demonstrated need for tutoring.
