Indiana Code 24-4.9-2-6. “Financial institution”

   Sec. 6. “Financial institution” means a financial institution as defined in:

(1) IC 28-1-1-3, other than a consumer finance institution licensed to make supervised or regulated loans under IC 24-4.5; or

(2) 15 U.S.C. § 6809(3).

Terms Used In Indiana Code 24-4-9.2-6

  • shared vehicle: means a vehicle that a shared vehicle owner has made available for P2P vehicle sharing with a shared vehicle driver through a P2P vehicle sharing program. See Indiana Code 24-4-9.2-6
  • shared vehicle driver: means a person who:

   Sec. 6. As used in this chapter, “shared vehicle” means a vehicle that a shared vehicle owner has made available for P2P vehicle sharing with a shared vehicle driver through a P2P vehicle sharing program. The term does not include a vehicle obtained from a rental company under a rental agreement under IC 24-4-9.
