Sec. 2. A payment that is:
(2) delinquent;
(1) required under a support order; and

- Judgment: means all final orders, decrees, and determinations in an action and all orders upon which executions may issue. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
shall be treated as a judgment against the obligor for the delinquent amount.
