Terms Used In Indiana Code 35-43-5-13

  • Forgery: The fraudulent signing or alteration of another's name to an instrument such as a deed, mortgage, or check. The intent of the forgery is to deceive or defraud. Source: OCC
   Sec. 13. Certain offenses concerning forgery and other deceptions involving out of hospital do not resuscitate declarations and orders are described in IC 16-36-5.
