• abandoned: means :

  Indiana Code 4-6-14-1

• Attorney: includes a counselor or other person authorized to appear and represent a party in an action or special proceeding. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
• Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
• Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
• health care provider: means :

• health records: means written, electronic, or printed information possessed or maintained by a health care provider concerning any diagnosis, treatment, or prognosis of the patient, including health information that is possessed or maintained on microfiche, microfilm, or in a digital format. See Indiana Code 4-6-14-2.5
• Liabilities: The aggregate of all debts and other legal obligations of a particular person or legal entity.
• prior law: refers to the statutes concerning education that are repealed or amended in the recodification act of the 2005 regular session of the general assembly as the statutes existed before the effective date of the applicable or corresponding provision of the recodification act of the 2005 regular session of the general assembly. See Indiana Code 20-17-1-1
• prior law: refers to the statutes concerning education finance, including provisions related to the Indiana state teachers' retirement fund and public school corporation property tax controls, that are repealed or amended in the recodification act of the 2006 regular session of the general assembly as the statutes existed before the effective date of the applicable or corresponding provision of the recodification act of the 2006 regular session of the general assembly. • Property: includes personal and real property. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
• Statute: A law passed by a legislature.
