Terms Used In Iowa Code 299.21
- person: means individual, corporation, limited liability company, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership or association, or any other legal entity. See Iowa Code 4.1
A failure to comply with the order of the court shall subject the person against whom the order is made to punishment the same as in ordinary contempt cases.
