Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 19-4613
- Board: means a hospital board which is selected in accordance with the provisions of this act and which is vested with the management and control of a county hospital;
(b) "commission" means the board of county commissioners of any county;
(c) "hospital" means a medical care facility as defined in Kan. See Kansas Statutes 19-4601
If the board and the owner of any real property desired by the board for hospital purposes cannot agree as to the price to be paid therefor, the board shall report the facts to the commission and condemnation proceedings may be instituted by the commission in the manner prescribed by article 5 of chapter 26 of Kansas Statutes Annotated.
