- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
Sharing a cyber threat indicator or defensive measure information shall not constitute a waiver of any applicable privilege or protection provided pursuant to the Louisiana Code of Evidence.
