Terms Used In Michigan Laws 289.7112
- Director: means the director of the department or his or her designee. See Michigan Laws 289.1107
- Rules: means administrative rules promulgated under this act pursuant to the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24. See Michigan Laws 289.1111
(1) 21 C.F.R. § part parts 1, 70, 73, 74, 81, 82, and 100 to 199, as set forth on the effective date of the amendatory act that amended this section, are adopted by reference, except to the extent that provisions of this act and rules promulgated under this act specify different requirements.
(2) The director, by promulgation of a rule, may adopt any changes or updates to 21 C.F.R. § part parts 1, 70, 73, 74, 81, 82, and 100 to 199.
