- Child placing agency: means a governmental organization or an agency organized under the nonprofit corporation act, 1982 PA 162, MCL 450. See Michigan Laws 722.111
A child placing agency shall provide the children’s ombudsman created in section 3 of the children’s ombudsman act with those records requested by the ombudsman pertaining to a matter under investigation by the ombudsman.
