Terms Used In Michigan Laws 722.118d
- Child placing agency: means a governmental organization or an agency organized under the nonprofit corporation act, 1982 PA 162, MCL 450. See Michigan Laws 722.111
A service provided under the safe families for children act by an organization licensed under this act as a child placing agency is not subject to the licensing requirements under this act.
