Terms Used In Michigan Laws 722.126
- Department: means the department of health and human services and the department of licensing and regulatory affairs or a successor agency or department responsible for licensure under this act. See Michigan Laws 722.111
The department shall provide continuous education to the public in regard to the requirements of this act through the ongoing use of mass media and other methods as are considered appropriate.
