Subdivision 1.Scope.

For the purposes of sections 325F.172 to 325F.173, the following terms have the meanings given them.

Terms Used In Minnesota Statutes 325F.172

  • Person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, and to partnerships and other unincorporated associations. See Minnesota Statutes 645.44

“Child” means a person under three years of age.

Subd. 3.Children’s product.

“Children’s product” means an empty bottle or cup to be filled with food or liquid that is designed or intended by a manufacturer to be used by a child.

Subd. 4.Enforcement.

Sections 325F.173 to 325F.175 may be enforced as provided under sections 45.027, subdivisions 1 to 6, 325F.10 to 325F.12, and 325F.14 to 325F.16.
