Every court order and judgment and decree concerning custody of or parenting time or visitation with a minor child shall contain the notice set out in section 518.68, subdivision 2.
Terms Used In Minnesota Statutes 518.177
- Minor: means an individual under the age of 18. See Minnesota Statutes 645.451
- Parenting time: means the time a parent spends with a child regardless of the custodial designation regarding the child. See Minnesota Statutes 518.003
