- hereafter: means the time after the statute containing it takes effect. See Missouri Laws 1.020
- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
Harris-Stowe State University is hereby designated and shall hereafter be operated as an institution with a statewide mission in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) for underrepresented and underresourced students.
