Terms Used In Missouri Laws 316.224
- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
Nothing contained in sections 316.203 to 316.233 shall prevent any political subdivision of this state from licensing or regulating any amusement ride, electrical equipment, carnival or circus as otherwise provided by law.
