1. The county highway administrator shall have a seal of office, which shall be inscribed with the name of the highway administrator, his title, and the name of the county in which he has been appointed, with the word “Missouri” following. Such seal shall not exceed in dimensions a diameter of one and three-fourths inches, and it shall be used when certifying official surveys and copies thereof.

2. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 60.150, any survey or resurvey made by the county highway administrator, or by any person appointed by him, to which is affixed the seal of office of the county highway administrator, shall be legal evidence in any court in this state, if such survey or resurvey is made in the performance of the official duties of the county highway administrator.
