As used in NRS 207.170 to 207.177, inclusive, ‘false, deceptive or misleading advertising’ as applied to a telephone communication includes, but is not limited to, any communication which is so made with the intent to solicit any person to purchase any merchandise, property or services, without initially disclosing such intent to the person.
