In addition to the school board members authorized in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 671:4, the school board shall have at least one nonvoting student member from each public high school maintained by the local school board within its district. The powers and duties of a student member shall be as described in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 194:23-f.
