Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 358-N:3
- Defendant: In a civil suit, the person complained against; in a criminal case, the person accused of the crime.
Any violation of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 358-N:2 shall constitute an unfair or deceptive trade practice within the meaning of RSA 358-A, and shall subject the defendant in such case to a cause of action under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 358-A:10.
