In order to implement this Article, the State Board of Education:
(1) through (4) Repealed by Session Laws 2011-145, s. 7.13(y), effective July 1, 2011.
(5) Shall adopt policies that define who is an at-risk student. ?(1997-443, s. 8.29(r)(1); 1999-397, s. 2; 2000-140, s. 22; 2011-145, s. 7.13(y).)
Terms Used In North Carolina General Statutes 115C-105.46
- board: means a city board of education, county board of education, or a city-county board of education. See North Carolina General Statutes 115C-5
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the said district and territories and all dependencies.
