Each child enrolled in a college-preparatory boarding school established under this chapter shall be included in the formula ADM and total ADM of the district in which the child is entitled to attend school, as reported under section 3317.03 of the Revised Code.
Terms Used In Ohio Code 3328.32
- Child: includes child by adoption. See Ohio Code 1.59
- Entitled to attend school: means entitled to attend school in a school district under section 3313. See Ohio Code 3328.01
