The oral testimony of any person taken pursuant to a demand served under ORS § 646.750 shall be taken in the county in which such person resides, is found or transacts business, or in such other place as may be agreed upon. [1977 c.729 § 3]

  • Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
  • Testimony: Evidence presented orally by witnesses during trials or before grand juries.
