Terms Used In South Carolina Code 40-22-40
- Board: means the South Carolina State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Surveyors created pursuant to this chapter. See South Carolina Code 40-22-20
A board member candidate from the general public may be nominated by an individual, group, or association. The public member must be appointed to the board by the Governor in accordance with § 40-1-45.
