Terms Used In Texas Human Resources Code 31.007
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A person who is in an institution is eligible to receive financial assistance under this chapter if the person would be eligible to receive the financial assistance if the person were not in an institution and if the payments are made in accordance with the commission’s rules promulgated in conformity with federal law and rules.
