Terms Used In Texas Labor Code 407A.454

  • Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005

A board member or a member of the staff of the board is not liable in a civil action for an act performed in good faith in the execution of that person‘s powers or duties.
