- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A permit holder who takes possession of drill cuttings from the person who generated the drill cuttings shall provide to the generator a copy of the holder’s permit.
