Terms Used In Texas Property Code 77.205
- Comptroller: means the state comptroller of public accounts. See Texas Government Code 312.011
- Property: means real and personal property. See Texas Government Code 311.005
The liability of the state is limited to the extent of the property delivered under this chapter and remaining in the possession of the comptroller at the time a suit is filed.
