Terms Used In Texas Property Code Chapter 202 - Construction and Enforcement of Restrictive Covenants

  • Litigation: A case, controversy, or lawsuit. Participants (plaintiffs and defendants) in lawsuits are called litigants.
  • Statutory probate court: means a court created by statute and designated as a statutory probate court under Chapter Texas Estates Code 22.007
  • Swear: includes affirm. See Texas Government Code 311.005
