Terms Used In Texas Special District Local Laws Code 1010.113
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
The board may contract with any political subdivision or governmental agency for investigatory or other services as to:
(1) the hospital or medical needs of district inhabitants; or
(2) the hospital or medical care of the inhabitants of the other political subdivision or governmental agency.
