- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
To be eligible to be a candidate for or to serve as a director, a person must be:
(1) a resident of the district; and
(2) a qualified voter.
