Terms Used In Texas Transportation Code 451.602
- Population: means the population shown by the most recent federal decennial census. See Texas Government Code 311.005
Except as provided by § 451.617, this subchapter applies only to an authority in which the principal municipality has a population of less than 1.3 million and that was confirmed before July 1, 1985.
