17B-2a-1003. Provisions applicable to water conservancy districts.

Each water conservancy district is governed by and has the powers stated in:
Terms Used In Utah Code 17B-2a-1003- Fiscal year: The fiscal year is the accounting period for the government. For the federal government, this begins on October 1 and ends on September 30. The fiscal year is designated by the calendar year in which it ends; for example, fiscal year 2006 begins on October 1, 2005 and ends on September 30, 2006.
- Water conservancy district: means a special district that operates under and is subject to the provisions of this chapter and Chapter 2a, Part 10, Water Conservancy District Act, including an entity that was created and operated as a water conservancy district under the law in effect before April 30, 2007. See Utah Code 17B-1-102

This part applies only to water conservancy districts. |

A water conservancy district is not subject to the provisions of any other part of this chapter. |

Before September 30, 2019, a water conservancy district shall submit a written report to the Revenue and Taxation Interim Committee that describes, for the water conservancy district’s fiscal year that ended in 2018, the percentage and amount of revenue in the water conservancy district from:
