Utah Code 35A-8-1003. State Community Services Office created

(1)	There is created within the Housing and Community Development Division the State Community Services Office.

Division: means the Housing and Community Development Division. See Utah Code 35A-8-101
Office: means the State Community Services Office created in Section 35A-8-1003. See Utah Code 35A-8-1002
State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes a state, district, or territory of the United States. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5

(2)	The office shall strengthen communities by reducing poverty and improving the quality of life for low-income persons in this state.
