- Process: means a writ or summons issued in the course of a judicial proceeding. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
During a collaborative law process, a court may issue emergency orders, including protective orders in accordance with 6, or 2, to protect the health, safety, welfare, or interest of a party or member of a party’s household.
