79-7-102. Definitions.
As used in this chapter:

(1)	“Commission” means the Outdoor Adventure Commission created in Section 63C-21-201.

Commission: means the Outdoor Adventure Commission created in Section 63C-21-201. See Utah Code 79-7-102
Division: means the Division of Outdoor Recreation. See Utah Code 79-7-102

(2)	“Division” means the Division of Outdoor Recreation.
