Terms Used In Wisconsin Statutes 893.58
- Damages: Money paid by defendants to successful plaintiffs in civil cases to compensate the plaintiffs for their injuries.

All actions for damages for seduction shall be commenced within one year after the cause of action accrues or be barred.
