Upon completing an inspection of a correctional institution the inspector shall make a full and complete report on such forms as shall be provided by the department. One copy of each report shall be filed with the department, one copy shall be sent to the officer in charge of the correctional institution, and as many other copies as the department shall require; these reports shall be matters of public record and subject to inspection by the public at any time.

Can FL prison inspector make drug allegations against person not associated with the State of Florida or prison system, the inspector reported to female inmate that I had called making allegations to get her in trouble and questioned her about drugs ect don;t have all details she is still incarcerated and all communications was blocked due to statements he made, we were planning to mary and this has caused me serious pain, is there a case here?
