Robert R. Thompson: ...
I have a question regarding a recent reservation I had with the Florida Express Bus Company, where I booked a round trip ticket from Naples, Florida to Ft. Lauderdale on March 11, 2013. After looking at their website it specifically shows pictures of three types of vehicles that they utilize. All three types show in the illustrated picture that there is an aisle down the middle of the two bus styles as well as the van style vehicle. Our van on March 11, had no aisle and my wife and I had to crawl back to the rear bench seat (one of four bench seats) by sliding past the passenger side of these bench seats, which was ridiculous to say the least and now what we thought we had made a reservation for. I feel it was deceptive advertising and I feel I am due a refund for atleast half of the $240.00 round trip ticket as we could not possibly return on that style of seating arrangement, so we had to make other plans for our return to Naples. My wife even took a picture to show just how stuffed we all were in that van. Please advise if you would as I feel this was not fair to us for what we thought we were trying to reserve. Thank you. Sincerely, Robert R. Thompson
