Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 161-C:28
- Commissioner: means the commissioner of the New Hampshire department of health and human services, or his designee or authorized representative. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 161-C:2
The commissioner is hereby authorized, subject to RSA 541-A, to adopt such rules not inconsistent with this chapter as may be necessary to the efficient administration of the functions with which the commissioner is charged under this chapter.
